The collection contains information pertaining to the Red Cross in Northern Utah from December 1915 to present. Abstract

This collection contains photographs from 2 albums that were donated by Richard Roberts in 2004. The first was dismantled and the photographs arranged by subject. They include photographs of the 1919 Armistice parade in Ogden and the 1918 arrival of a British and French plane to promote the sell of war bonds. The second album remains intact and contains photographs from Ogden Canyon and buildings and scenery from Ogden.

The Correspondence series is broken down into three parts. World War One contains letters from Private Sylvin Ririe to his girlfriend Flora London. This collection contains items collected by Stanley Purrington during his years at Weber Stake Academy from 1910-1912 and during his service overseas in World War I. The items were donated by his children. The order reflects the provenance from the donors.

Abstract

This collection contains service cards for servicemen from Weber County primarily during World War I, but also some from World War II. The cards are listed alphabetically by last name. Most of the cards include information such as their home address in Weber County, their branch of service, countries served in, discharge or death dates, and next of kin. There are also fewer than two dozen cards for nurses and Forest Service personnel.
