Correspondence and receipts that are undated are listed in alphabetical order. This collection also contains miscellaneous items including, catalogs, banking booklets, postcards, photographs, business journals, newspaper clippings, a 1920 yearbook from the Agricultural College of Utah, as well as other items.

This collection consists mostly of meeting notices, meeting minutes, and legal papers. During the two-year period of 1910-1911, numerous special meetings of the company's board of directors were held in Salt Lake City to determine its financial state and running operations.
