Abstract The contents of this photograph collection consist of prints from glass plate negatives (circa 1890s) of people, homes, businesses, scenes in Ogden and Salt Lake City, railroad scenes, industry and miscellaneous photos. The original negative plates were donated by Mrs. G. Howard Oliver to Brigham Young University. Abstract

This collection contains photographs from 2 albums that were donated by Richard Roberts in 2004. The first was dismantled and the photographs arranged by subject. They include photographs of the 1919 Armistice parade in Ogden and the 1918 arrival of a British and French plane to promote the sell of war bonds. The second album remains intact and contains photographs from Ogden Canyon and buildings and scenery from Ogden.
