Alexis Kelner “Save Our Canyons” Collection
This collection was donated by Alexis Kelner, President of the Save Our Canyons Committee. The Committee printed newsletters, newspaper inserts, and brochure to heighten the awareness of the damage being done to Utah’s Canyons.

Donated by the Walter Checketts Jr. family, this collection contains an outdoor camping guide
from “Camp Browning” at Pineview Lake in Ogden Canyon and Checketts Scout Master Cards
from 1931-1939.
Charles A. MacCarthy Collection
This collection contains correspondence between Charles, his wife Ida, their families and friends. It also houses some of Charles’s photographs. The bulk of the photograph collection is taken from 5x7 glass plate negatives. Boxes 6-11, contain glass plate negatives taken by Charles housed in negative sleeves.

Hermitage Hotel Photograph Collection
Photographs of the Hermitage Hotel in Ogden Canyon, Utah, c.a. 1905. Black and white, various sizes. Scenes depict different views of the resort in both summer and winter and some photographs include people. Also, a few of the photographs have captions explaining the scenes.
