The collection maintains the original order, which is alphabetical by title and then chronological within each publication group.

This collection contains course information, student and faculty papers, newspaper and journal articles, books, cassette tapes, department notices, and lecture resources pertaining to the courses taught by Dr. Lee McKenzie throughout her career and specifically at Weber State College and Weber State University.

Arranged into seven series: Series 1, Juanita Brooks, 1898-1987; Series 2, Other writing, 1978-1990; Series 3, Addendum 1, 1940-1996; Series 4, Addendum 2, 1923-2005; Series 5, Addendum 3, circa 1985-2004; Series 6, Addendum 4, 1951-9183; Series 7, Addendum 5, circa 1985-2005. Addendum files have series that are listed alphabetically and folders within each series are arranged alphabetically. Correspondence is arranged chronologically.
