The New Zion Baptist Church Archives collection was broken down into 19 different series Within each series it is organized alphabetically and numerically. This collection contains documents that range from correspondence, christian education, membership rolls, etcetera.

The Ogden 20 th Ward was created from the 4 th and 23 rd Wards in Ogden, Utah on March 20,

1927, and dedicated on June 24, 1934, taking seven years to build.

This collection contains originals and copies of photographs collected by Dr. Richard Roberts. Most of the photographs were used in his book co-author with Dr. Richard Sadler titled “Weber County’s History.” The files may also include the caption and sidebar used in the book.
