The Eugene O'Neil Centennial Symposium Poster
This collection contains a framed poster from Brigham Young University's Centennial Symposium on Eugene O'Neil. The event was held on October 26-27, 1988. The poster was donated by Jean Ann Waterstradt.
The Eva Browning Manuscript Collection
This collection was given to the Weber State College Library (Special Collections) by Eva
Browning. The collection consists of an autograph album, dated 1893-1894, which belonged to
Luman A. Shurtliff while a student at Weber Stake Academy.

This collection contains an original manuscript (photocopy) of a published book, The Mystery of
the Ordinary, by Father Charles Cummings of the monastery Abbey of the Holy Trinity,
Huntsville, Utah. This book was copyrighted in 1981.
The Four R’s Records
This collection contains 3 records from The Four R’s a family singing group from Roy, Utah. The Four R’s members are Roland Haldey, Richard Penrod, Roger Arnold, and Ronald Schultz. The albums were produced in the 1970s and 1980s.
The Francis W. Woods Collection

for the Silver Chief Lode, Weber Mining District, Utah. Includes a plat map of the claim and
United States’ President, Chester A. Arthur’s signature. Donated by Francis W. Woods.
The Frank Francis Collection
This collection contains a transcription of a taped interview with Frank Franics, Jr. on July 24,
1980. The interview was made by Pat Buchanan for the Weber State College oral history
collection and contains some history of the Democratic Party in Weber County, Utah.
The Gene A. Sessions Manuscript Collection
The George W. Taggart Manuscript Collection
The collection contains a Xerox copy of a typescript of a journal written by George W. Taggart,
1846-1847 of his journey from Nauvoo, Illinois with the Mormon Battalion. The journal starts
February 17, 1846. Original vocabulary, spelling, and punctuation maintained. The collection
also contains copies of four personal letters written while in the Mormon Battalion from George
Taggart to his wife, Fanny.
The Glen Perrins Photographs
The collection consists of photographs of early Ogden street scenes, (19th Century) showing many of Ogden's early buildings.
The Glen Rose Collection
Photograph of the interior of the George H. Tribe and Co. Liquor Store at 24th Street in Ogden (1911 or 1913). Photograph includes several employees at the store. Donated by Glen Rose, 1982.
