This collection contains a broadside about the life and death of Sarah Snyder Richards on October 4, 1894. Sarah was born April 11, 1813 in Canada. She was married to Apostle Franklin D. Richards. She spent the final years of her life in Ogden and Plain City, Utah. This broadside was purchased from Benchmark Books in May 2007.

The George W. Taggart Manuscript Collection
The collection contains a Xerox copy of a typescript of a journal written by George W. Taggart,
1846-1847 of his journey from Nauvoo, Illinois with the Mormon Battalion. The journal starts
February 17, 1846. Original vocabulary, spelling, and punctuation maintained. The collection
also contains copies of four personal letters written while in the Mormon Battalion from George
Taggart to his wife, Fanny.
