Bibliography

Foulger served as the Chief Financial Officer for Weber State College from 1948 to 1980, when he retired as Vice President for Financial Affairs. His was the longest administrative tenure in the history of Weber State. He also held the academic rank of Professor of Business Administration. He had served as Treasurer of the Institutional Council, the Development Fund Board, the Alumni Board, and as Chairman of the Dee Events Center Board.
