Ogden Subject Files is made up of information she collected pertaining to Ogden, Mayor Godfrey, the Gondola, and so forth. Peery’s Egyptian Theater is next, and contains information about the renovation of the theater and her time on the board of directors of the foundation. The last is Weber Reads, a community reading program which she helped to create. It is broken up by year highlighting the book for that year. Weber State University series is broken into various parts. The Gospel Music Festival, an event that Caril helped to organize is first, followed by various conference workshops that she either attended or helped to organize. There are a few items pertaining to the Department of Performing Arts, mostly programs and fliers for various productions throughout the years. The largest is the Greek Festival which is organized by year and broken down into the various parts of the festival. It contains information regarding the Classical Greek Theater for the year as well as any other portion that pertains to that year. There is also a Subject Files within the Greek Festival that contains research and other items that do not correspond with any given year.
