This collection was donated by Mr. Mitchell who served as legal counsel for Utah International. He previously donated the merger documents with General Electric. These are MS 156. The complete archive of Utah Construction Company/ Utah International is MS 100 and housed in Special Collections.

This collection contains plaques, awards, and resolutions given to Edmund Wattis Littlefield throughout his profession career. They were donated by the Littlefield family in June 2005 and February 2006.

This collection consists of a VHS copy of the memorial services held at the Stanford University Memorial Church for Edmund Wattis Littlefield. The service was held on November 9, 2001. Littlefield was President of Utah International, Inc. and responsible for the merger with General Electric in 1976. The tape was donated by Littlefield’s widow, Jeannik Littlefield.
