Lagoon Collection
Lagoon Amusement Park in Farmington, Utah was originally created as a 1.5 million gallon
water park, opened on July the 12 th 1896. Some of those best known for the creation of Lagoon
are Robert E. Freed, Ranch S. Kimball and Simon Bamberger. Lagoon evolved from a water
park to include zoo animals, thrill and kiddie rides, dancing, horse racing, carnival games and a
Pioneer Village.
