This collection contains two notices to shareholders Gus L. Becker and Albert E.

Becker that during Board of Directors meetings, an assessment of one-half cent per share was

levied. Albert then owed $15 in March 1906 and Gus $10 in November 1906. These items were

purchased from Benchmark Books in May 2007.
