Scope and Contents The Caril Jennings collection was donated by Caril herself and has been kept as close to her original order as possible. The collection is separated into four main series, Community, Weber State University, Universe City, and Posters. The community series is broken into three parts. Carl Fernelius was born 6 September 1923 in South Weber, Utah. He was drafted in June of 1943, and received his orders to go to Ogden, Utah to work as an MP at the POW camp at the DDO.
