This collection contains materials regarding the Weber Reads project that started in 2008. It was a joint effort between Weber County Libraries and Weber State University. The collection is divided by project and includes posters, teacher’s guides, and background research. The collection was donated by Dr. Kathryn MacKay.

Weber Stake Correspondence 1886-1897

Correspondence from the Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints’ courts of the Weber Stake dated 1886-1897. Letters are written by stake and ward leaders and individuals. Includes complaints, proceeding seminars, statements of testimony, and appeal requests. Cases stated cover land ownership, disputes, membership status, and debt collection. Places of origin include Ogden, Kanesville, Peterson, Hoopersville, West Weber, Huntsville, Marriott, and Harrisville.
