married to Ida Mae who are the father and mother of Olive Klenke who married Mark Tillotson.
Mark and Olive had one daughter, Rawnie Kay Tillotson who married Rodney Murphey. Rawnie
and Rodney had three children, Virginia Mae, Mark Clinton, and Jim Lloyd Murphy. The date
range of materials is from 1934 – 1991, with a bulk of the materials ranging from 1964 – 1976.
Of particular note is the collection of Benevolent Patriotic Order of Elks and Does documents
and photographs under the series Social Clubs, Scrapbooks, Newspaper Clippings, Photographic
Material, and Audio/Visual Material. Olive and Mark Tillotson and Rawnie Murphy were
Supreme Presidents and their convention planning is heavily documented for those years. The
BPO series is split up into BPO Does, BPO Elks, and BPO. The Does and Elks subseries
contains materials for one group or the other, while the BPO subseries contains materials
pertaining to both groups including correspondence to Olive and Mark and events put on by both
the Does and Elks.
The family business, Klenke Floral, is documented through papers and photographs pertaining to
construction, renovations, events, and business financial records.
The Tillotson/Klenke Family Papers series contains genealogical information collected by Henry
George Klenke, family financial papers, correspondence, and ephemera.
The largest series in the collection, Photographic Materials, consists mostly of BPO and social
club events, as well as family gatherings, construction, and vacations. Photographic Materials
