Val Holley Collection
Scope and Contents
This collection contains personal correspondence and documents from Val Holley’s life, as well as materials related to some of Holley’s published works. The collection includes many copies of newspaper articles from the 19th and 20th centuries, which were used as research and source material for many of the works listed in this collection’s series. This collection contains extensive amounts of research about Ogden, Utah, and its 25th Street, as well as Weber County, which were used in the creation of Holley’s published works. This collection spans the years 1843-2024, with the bulk of the documents and materials spanning 1870-2015.
