Ezekiel Ricker Dumke Jr. was the first son of Dr. Ezekiel R. Dumke and Edna Wattis Dumke. He grew up in Ogden Utah, served in the Navy during World War II and returned home to get a doctorate in medicine. He married Katherine White and together they raised four children, Katherine Elizabeth “Betsy”, Claire, Ezekiel III, and Andrea, in Salt Lake City Utah. He was known by most as Zeke and was involved in his community and with Weber State University. He was also one of the trustees of the E.O. Wattis Estate.
