Biographical / Historical
Charlotte Fenton Wetzel was born on October 25, 1887 to William and Charlotte Fenton Wetzel. She attended Lincoln School (c. 1899-1904) and either attended or worked at L.D.S. University (c. 1904-1905). Charlotte was a typewriting instructor at Weber Academy from 1908-1911. She married Sidney D. Hampton on November 20, 1913, and moved to Los Angeles, California shortly thereafter. Charlotte and Sidney had three children. She passed away August 4, 1960.
