10. College of Social and Behavioral Science
This record group contains the records of the College of Social and Behavioral Science. When the school was transferred to the state in 1933, there were four divisions, including the Division of Social Sciences. In 1936 the division name changed to Division of Liberal Arts; in 1938 it became the Division of Arts and Sciences; in 1940 it became part of the College Preparatory Division; in 1943 it became the Division of Social Sciences; in 1967 a lot of departments were combined to become the School of Arts, Letters, and Sciences; in 1975, it became the School of Social Sciences. In 1991, when Weber achieved university status, it became the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences.
