This series contains the binders of Lambert. They are arranged alphabetically, and each binder is listed with beginning and ending entries. They contain mostly hand written notes. The notes contain descriptions of various places worldwide, with the majority of sites in the American West. Information on small towns in the binders may contain population trends, major roadways, railroads, square mile area, elevation, and history. Geological descriptions include shorelines, dams, rivers, and peaks, formations and time periods. There are thirty-eight boxes of note cards, which are also arranged alphabetically, and listed with the beginning and the ending entries.
